i have a Pavilion 20 and all i did last time i uploaded a picture sd card i just put it in the slot and i was able to access no problem.  not this time.  the light flashes when i put it in the sd drive but that is all.

Hey there,

 

If the Drivers and Updates did not resolve the issue it could be a Hardware problem. We might need to repalce the Micro SD Card. Please call HP Tech Support on 1-800-474-6836 to know more about the service options.
