THE CAPS LOCK IS CONTINUOUSLY ON. HOW DO I GET IT TO TURN OFF?

Hello,

Thank you for your query to HP forum. I will try my best to help you.

 

Have you checked if the CAPS lock is stuck? It could be stuck in its lower position

If it's not stuck, you can try to follow the steps in the below link to disbale the CAPS lock.
