HP Envy 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-cw0000 (761Y9AV)

Since my OS was slow to start, I reset it on 5/10/2025 keeping only my personal files.  Then I installed the software programs that I used.  Everything works faster since then, but each time when I turned on my laptop, I got two error messages popping up one after the other.  Both have the same title, "CCXProcess.exe - System Error" but the messages are a bit different from each other.  One says, "The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found.  Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

The other message is almost the same except that the missing dll is different.

I searched the Internet for help and found these suggestions:

To fix the "VCRUNTIME140.dll not found" error, you need to install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015-2022. Download the package that matches your Windows architecture (32-bit or 64-bit), install it, and then restart your computer.

To fix the "MSVCP140.dll not found" error on Windows 11, you should install or repair the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package from Microsoft's official website. Download both the 64-bit and 32-bit versions, run the installers, and then restart your computer.

I downloaded

https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe and installed it but it did not solve my problem.

Please help.
