Product: pavilion x360 convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I'm working in china and recently i bought the hp pavilion x360 convertible which is in Chinese language! i asked the store to give me an English version! they gave me a cracked English Version!!! anyway i manage to restore the original Chinese Windows. But how can i get an English Windows? can hp change it for me or I should purchase new windows :(? I tried to contact hp support they told me I need to contact China support and gave me a number which is not in service also on the Chinese hp website the support number is out of service... I manage to find the correct number but they only speak Chinese!!!! i let one of my Chinese friends to help me but they keep me on hold and at the end I'm getting busy tone!!! ......... Any help how can i change my windows to English. Thank you

thank you for reply. I tried this solution and it didn't work as most of the people at the following link it didn't solve their problem!

If I may chime in.

 

I did that yesterday before I donated my English language Spectre 13 with English Windows 10 to a Dutch family home for at-risk teens. I took me about an hour to do it.

 

I changed the language to Dutch by downloading the Media Creator utility, creating  a English language Windows 10  installer flash drive and installing Windows 10.   When the installer completed, The OS display language was in Dutch.

 

 

Download the English language Windows 10 Media creator utility from the following link.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

You will need a USB flash drive of at least 4GB and no greater than 32GB to create the Windows 10 English language installer. 64GB flash drives are reported as non-functional with the Windows media creator.

 

This creates a vanilla Windows 10 installation with the available language of your choice. You will still need to install the drivers from the driver download section of the  English language support page for your notebook afterwards.
