No rust spots on inside or outside of my ac adapters plug.  I finally just went and got a brand new ac adapter and when comparing it to mine its all shiny inside the end of the plug where mine is dull looking.  Which may mean it was just dirty and wasn't getting a good connection.  The new one charges with no problem and immediately without wiggling it,  so thankfully its not the port inside the laptop.  I am going to try and clean my ac adapter and see if it make it work again too.  Thanks for everyone's help and info it was appreciated and it did help guide me in the right direction.  Also if the port ever does go out now I know where to get a replacement.

Up next.....upgrade to SSD & maxing out the memory.  I can't wait!

Thanks!!!
