Have you tried  to update the chromeOS to latest version in stable channel or beta channel? This issue may be fixed...

Thank you, Thank you for the tip! I used my knee with pressure as you described and there it was...my cursor that I have not seen in weeks! I'm doing the Happy Dance!!! Thank you! I have to say that I'd totally lost hope and only used your suggestion as a last resort. I really didn't expect to see the cursor return...Oh...Me of little faith!!! Thank you again!!! 👏🏼

I have the same problem. Same computer. Driving me crazy. Might have to throw it in the garbage. Very frustrated.

I don't know about you but on my Chromebook, there is a search button with a magnifying glass. On my Chromebook if you click Shift+Search+P the mouse will disappear, if you click it again it will reappear, maybe try this?

I have had this issue a couple times now and there is a fix if you rake the thing apart and unplug and reattach the connection for the curser and touch pad   It works for quite a while but I'm getting tired of pulling it apart at all

powerwash does not work for me  youtube has the answer but you have to take it apart   a real pain if you have to do it more than once

I have the same problems but I have An Asus chromebook I have no idea how to fix it

Reset the computer by taking a pin or earring and poking the tiny hole thats in the center of the bottom of the computer. This will bring the curser back, just happend to me during work and it fixed it.
