Did you try manually installing the SIO drivers as I suggested.
Use 7-zip to extract the drivers from the W7 x64 installer in that Intel W7 x64 SIO driver into its folder.
Then go to the device manager and click on the two SIO devices needing drivers one at a time.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver. Select the browse my computer for driver software option and browse to the driver folder 7-zip created. Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.
If that doesn't work either, unfortunately, I am out of ideas and you will probably have to order recovery media for the notebook from HP.

I gave it to you earlier....
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24902/Serial-IO-Intel-Serial-IO-host-controller-driver
Download and unzip the above file.
Then install 7-zip and after you do, right click on the W7 x64 installer and select 7-zip from the list.
Have 7-zup extract to: and let it extract the file into the folder name.
Then go to the device manager, click on one of the problem OF41 devices. Click on the driver tab.
Click on Update Driver. Select the Browse my computer for driver software option and browse to the driver folder 7-zip created.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs.
As I posted earlier, I have already done that and see that the driver supports that hardware ID.
The file where the ID is located is the iaioi2c setup information file.

When you go to the device manager and click on OF41 device, and then click on the driver tab of the OF41 device, there should be an update driver button. Then you follow the rest of the steps I posted.
The wireless card...the only thing I can think of that you could do would be to replace it with one that can run W10.
I'm not sure the Intel 7260 Dual band wireless N card will work on the Pentium chipset but probably this one would work.
I just don't know how hard it would be to take that model apart to change the card.
You can probably get one of these dirt cheap on eBay.

It just seem odd to me because you can not even remove the hdd from the system, and It had windows 7 on the unit.
Being that It is like that I have to wonder??
I will try again to download the drivers for the io again.

I have a 350 G1 and it had the oddest way of the hard drive being mounted.
There is a rubber band like thing that holds it into the drive bay, and it has two rubber straps over the top of the drive.
At first, it appeared unmovable.
I had no clue how to get it out, but actually it was very easy. I just took a small screw driver and pried up on the drive near where it connects to the controller cable and then I was able to lift the drive up and out. I carefully yanked the sata connector from the drive and put a SSD in it place.
Must be some kind of new antivibration mount. There are 4 little nibs on the rubber mounting bracket that go into the holes were normally the hard drive caddy screws go.
Then you just slide it back into the drive bay.

Apparenty the drive feels like it could be pryed up but it feels like a hidden screw or mount beneath it is preventing the drive to be removed. Very odd, no runner band mount or anything. I feels thzt if I had to pry z ljttle harder thzt it could break and decided against it.
My intent was to connect the drive to zn external enclosure and add all the necessary files in the beginining and thankfully most drivers for windows 7 are now loaded...
I would assume to upgrade This unit any further will require additional hardware purchases... like the wireless adapter, etc. Plus This is a "beats" sound system & a touch screen from what I read somewhere... anyways I am stump to the next level.

Wow.
Here is the manual for how to remove the HDD, chapter 5, page 36. There are a few HDD screws that have to come out.
