Hi @ry1116,
Thank you for replying,
I appreciate your time and efforts,
As I understand you have upgraded to Windows 10, that could be the reason whey the recovery partition is erased and you are no longer able to create a set of recovery media.
Before upgrading to Windows 10, you were supposed to create one, If you haven't created one, you could either order the recovery media online or you could order them over the phone.
You can check if the recovery media is available online on www.hp.com/drivers by entering the exact model no. of your laptop. To find the exact model no. click here: http://hp.care/2bygf7l
Otherwise, you could also reach HP phone support to order the recovery media. If your product is out of warranty, please choose paid options to get the tech support number.

What if I do a Factory reset to go back to Windows 7, will it get rid of any thing I downloaded on it, I had to call TeKfinity Solutions last year to fix a problem I was having with my computer and I don't want to mess anything up on it, also my phone not working right now

Hi @ry1116,
Thanks for getting back to us,
I understand you would like to perform a factory reset to go back to Windows 7, Once you perform a factory reset all the data stored on the PC will be lost. so if you have any important data it is recommended to back it up before initiating it.
If you haven't created a recovery media before upgrading to Windows 10, the only option would be to order a set of recovery media by contacting our HP phone support.
Please follow the link provided in the previous post to create a case.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you need any further assistance. I'll be more than happy to help.
