Hello, I am HP user & fixed it. this is a DNS problem

this is a DNS problem. I have faced this problem as well earlier. 

none of the method worked for me but found this DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN working method and successfully fixed it.

you can give a try.
