I think is a bios problem

Windows 10 has no Aero Theme, but I found a way to support Aero Light Theme.

What should I see or not see?

I've applied the new firmware (also the included Synaptics firmware), but it didn't help.

The situation is still the same:

- booting without dockingstation works well

- booting while docked stops the Intel graphics adapter with error code 43 and only one of two external displays is activated; after undocking and redocking both external monitors are activated, but the Intel graphics adapter still does not work

you can update the UEFI

or change the BIOS settings to fix mode

I don't see how updating the UEFI should help to solve my problem. Which tests should I run after updating?

Since the recent update of the Intel HD Graphics adapter (Driver Version 20.19.15.4300) the problem is partly solved.

The dual display mode works well now, however, the Intel display adapater still crashes during boot sequence.

Hi Kauai68

Could you share the link drive of the Intel HD Graphics Adapter version 20.19.15.4300?

Hi

What do you mean with link drive? What should I share with you?

Hi Chris, tks for you reply.

I've thought you updated your graphic adapter using manual update, but I understood, probably, that you used Windows Update.
My issue is, when I dock my HP9480m in HP 2013 UltraSlim Docking Station, and I turn on as soon as the windows symbol loaded it will go into blue screen. When I turn on the notebook out of the docking, after 5 seconds, I docking the notebook again, the Windows works normally.

The blue screen message is: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

I've tried in Windows 7, Windows 10, others HP9480 and HP 2013 UltraSlim Docking Station.

I've updated all notebook's driver and firmware's docking station and the issue wasn't solved.

Tks.
