Hi, I bought this Hp Laptop a few years ago and just a few days ago i was using it beside me on a pillow when the laptops battery actually exploded and started on fire right in my face. I got few sparks in the face and it burnt a giant hole in the pillow, and a bunch of blankets caught on fire along with a big black spot burnt into my couch. Im really disappointed to lose my favorite computer with all my information and it is scary to think i could have been injured or lost my home to this. I am not sure who i am suppose to contact about this, Hp doesn't seem to have a way to contact them that i have been able to find online. Anyone have any suggestions?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
