Below is the link to the W7 x64 Ralink wifi driver you need...

You will also need the Bluetooth driver for that model wifi card...

Unfortunately, I won't be able to help you.

 

The driver should have worked.

 

If the Ralink wifi adapter needs a driver, there will be a device in the device manager labeled as a Network Controller (Controlador de rede).

 

If you see that device, try to manually install the driver I posted.

 

Go to the device manager, click on the Controlador de rede device needing the driver.

 

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver.

 

Select the Browse my computer for driver software option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.

 

That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp71421.

 

Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked, and see if the driver installs that way.
