Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi!

 

My Business Notebook has the problem that the fan is always on. I unmarked this feature in the BIOS and marked the quiet mode (Bios 1.13). Without any solution! There is no difference between ac and dc!

 

The Fan and the Mainboard were replaced by the support. Also without improvement.

 

With Outlook and chrome the CPU (i5 - 6300U 2.40 GHz) workload amount rhougly 25% and the Ram roughly 5GB (of 8GB)...

 

I'm helpless...

I have same issue. BIOS same ver as above, in BIOS set to quiet mode. FAN spinning constantly. Here is system stats.
