Hi. I tried to test and calliberate the battery but it says there is not a battery installed. Just to reiterate, my battery is not removable. I am assuming it is saying this because some of the "solutions" that were given to me to try from HP support made it so that the technology on my laptop is now not able to recognize that I do have a battery inside that was working before I impletemented the "solutions".
Also did the power reset option and it did nothing.

Hello, I tried to do what you suggested but there was no "power" option and I looked in each section and couldn't find anything relating to power or the AC adapter. Do you know why that is? What should I do now?
