Is there a way to make it for I do not have to press the function key with F5 to refresh things?

Hi,
Shut down the notebook. Tap away at f10 as you start the notebook to access the Bios Menu and then make the change shown in the document below.

HP bios options are pretty restricted compared to some other manufacturers.
