HP Mini 110-3750tu PC

I have an  HP Mini 110-3750tu PC notebook, on which the BIOS Version is : F.23.
Please tell me what OS is compatible with my model as i have permanently formatted my hard drive and i have no  backup cds etc.
I am able to boot into the bios, in which it says: Factory Installed OS: non-VISTA.
Bios Vendor: Insyde.

Hi:

Windows 7 Starter or Home Premium 32 bit would work on your PC, as long as you have a product key for one of those operating systems.

I dont have the product key either. All i have is the Notebook and its Serial No.
So, how do i install an OS now?

You'll have to contact HP in the country you live in and see if they still sell recovery media for your PC.

If not, you will need to buy a full retail or OEM 32 version of windows 7 Starter or Home Premium.

I'm not sure if you can even buy windows starter.

I have a Windows 7 32Bit Professional OEM DVD, will it work?

HP Recommended

Yes as long as you have a product key to go along with it.

I am stuck at this when trying to boot from a bootable Windows 7 OEM 32 bit Professionl USB drive(as my notebook dont have an external DVD Rom)?
Is this a software or a hardware issue?

HP Recommended

Unfortunately, that I would not know.

Can you borrow an external usb dvd drive and try the disk from that?

That would be the only suggestion I can offer.

I have almost tried everything uptil now, but nothing has worked so far. I always get stuck at the point, shown in the previous image.

Is there any possible way to fix this or my notebook is dead

The extensive Hard Drive and Memory tests passed successfully and iam able to boot into the bios as mentioned previously. There aren't any blinking lights on my keyboard or any beeping sound when trying to install a fresh OS.
