Welcome to the HP Community @Sylviake!

I came across your message about PC issue and wanted to pop in to help 🙂

I understand that you are facing "Fatal error C0000022" on your PC. This is happening because the computer cannot successfully and fully load Windows. It fails due to recently applied Windows Update - it tries to update the Windows Registry and fails for some unknown reason.

Hopefully, we can fix this issue by performing a System Restore. You can use it to restore your PC's system files and settings prior to the start time of the issue in the hope that this will resolve the problem.

System Restore automatically creates restore points, a memory of the system files and settings on the computer at a particular point in time. Then, when you use System Restore to restore your computer to a point in time before an issue began, System Restore returns your computer to the files and settings from the restore point. Your personal files and documents are not affected.

Go to http://hp.care/2bS4d95 and follow the steps under “Restore your computer when Windows cannot start normally”.

Those steps should do the trick, let me know the outcome!

Cheers 🙂
