Hy..i am using hp pavilion dv6 laptop..i am suffering a problem..when i plug in my charger it showing thaty battery is charging and when i remove my battery from laptop its showing no battery...but when i plug out the charger my battery dosent give me a single second of backup.,its turn off with plug out..recently i switch my operating system win7 to win8.1..plz give me a solution...plz plz plz

Hi

I have Paviloin DV6 1370 ev Laptop.

I just installed driver and software but software indicates that "Finger reader isnt detected"

How can i do to solve this?

I have HP Envy SN# [Personal Information Removed], prod# GOT59AV. Finger recognition never worked since I bought it. Tech support tried reinstalling simplepass but it did not solve the problem. I have not had the chance to call tech support back due to my busy schedule.

 

I have windows 8.1
