Probook 440 G4
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got a new HP Probook 440 G4 about 2 weeks ago and i enrolled my fingerprints on its hp client security manager. It was working fine until few days ago when it stopped recognising the enrolled fingerprints and attempts at re-enrolling them was not successful as i was met with an error message that the specified identity and subfactor are already enrolled in the database. I thereafter deleted the fingerprint database but this did not fix the problem, I also uninstalled and reinstalled the Hp client security software but it was all to no avail. Please i need your help on this.
