Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi, I have downloaded the required fingerprint drivers for Pavilion dv6 laptop, but still after the installation process, there is a dialog box saying, fingerprint reader is not connected. How to connect the reader to the driver? Please help me in this regard for solving the above mentioned query. Waiting for your valuable reply. Make it as soon as possible.
