For better clarity and to assist you better I would require more information regarding this.
You said the display was replaced by HP. Did you send the notebook for repair?
Did it work fine for some time before starting to flicker again?
We need to isolate the issue to being hardware or software related. For now, please check in the bios if the display flickers. Steps to go to bios:
Please keep tapping the Esc key gently several times as soon as you power on the computer.
It takes you to the startup menu.
Then press the F10 key to go the bios.
Please check if the display flickers here. If it does it is a hardware issue with the computer and it needs to be fixed by contacting HP phone support.
If you’ve recently repaired the computer, then you get a 90-day hardware warranty which will take care of repairs again for you.
