Hi.

In the first time I wanna apologize for my english 🙂

I forgot BIOS password and I tried possible passwords, which I used in the past. But all were incorrect. I tried press F7 (SpareKey) before booting system and when I select BIOS Administrator as user (it was the only option), it shows me message "HP SpareKey Recovery not enrolled. Select OK to restart the system". In the system I set three questions in SpareKey, but I don't know, what I'm doing bad. Can you help me, how I can remove BIOS password or what is wrong with HP SpareKey?

Hello,

Welcome to the HP Support forum.

With regards to the SpareKeys - the message is fine and expected if you haven't enrolled them but I don't know why these don't work now - may be BIOS issue.

The BIOS can be reset, don't you worry. Most business class notebooks (including yours Elitebook and Probook) have better security.

You will have to contact HP Business Support for assistance on removing the password.

Here is how >> http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-phone-assist.html

HP Business support should be able to send you a customised SMC.bin file and instructions which you can use  to reset the password. The assistance for such kind of issues is typically free of charge.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you face any issues.
