Sleekbook ENVY TouchSmart m6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello all, my function keys have stopped working completely. I tried following the keyboard troubleshooting guide where it says to look for a HOT KEYS driver on hp.com, the problem is that this driver is not avaible for my device.

Also, I tried googling it and download this hot keys driver for windows 10 and when I try to install it, it just says it's not compatible with my device. Don't know what else to do.

Hello,

The model is actually m6-k125dx, don't know if there's a difference between the one you spoke about.

I installed and did a full reboot but nothing changed, the keys still do nothing.

I don't know what you mean by hardware id, could you explain to me where to find it?

Thank you.

The gollowing link may help:

In your case, it is an Unknown Device or similar.

Hello,

There isn't any unknow device on my device list, so I checked the keyboard device, here's the information I got:

HID\VEN_INT&DEV_33D2&Col01
HID\INT33D2&Col01
HID\*INT33D2&Col01
HID_DEVICE_SYSTEM_KEYBOARD
HID_DEVICE_UP:0001_U:0006
HID_DEVICE

There's also this other device under the Keyboard section:

ACPI\VEN_MSFT&DEV_0001
ACPI\MSFT0001
*MSFT0001

Thank you
