First create a recovery not HP , use windows recovery USB or DVD

If i do a factory reset it will not solve this?

No because i don't have the recovery discs and the recovery manager doesn't work.

I will recive the recovery discks next week and i'll try that.

Use the windows recovery and not the HP

HP Recovery goes over 3 hours!!

And i can do a clean install without hp software with this and it wil activate windows automatically?

i already tried that windows recovery that is the reason that i have 2 users. if i'll do it again there will be 3 users
