First create a recovery not HP , use windows recovery USB or DVD

Clean install use Custom Install and delete all partitions first

Use the windows recovery and not the HP

i already tried that windows recovery that is the reason that i have 2 users. if i'll do it again there will be 3 users

it is not the version that i have Windows 8 64 bit Home or Basic
