15-CS1065CL
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a factory refurbished HP Pavilion 15-CS1065cl, I am having the following issues:

OS: Fresh install of Windows 10 Home(21H1) - built with MS WIN10 USB creation tool

USB ports do not work for mice/kb while in Windows, they work at boot/in bios as that is how I installed windows. They will load a flash drive

The touchscreen does not work.

Webcam does not work

In device manager, the USB ports show as  Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Failed), their parent device is the USB Root Hub (USB 3.0)

I have installed all chipset drivers that I could find on the support page, and have gone through steps of chkdsk and sfc etc as listed here and other similar topics; https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/Fix-for-Unknown-USB-Device-Dev...

I have removed the devices as well as the parent USB controllers from device manager multiple times, triple checked the registry and performed about every other diagnostic step I can think of.

Is there another driver or set of drivers that I should be using?
