Here is a little ray of hope.
“It’s important to note that when customers use the Software Download Site to manually install the Creators Update they bypass many of these blocks,” Microsoft explains.
“Therefore, we continue to recommend (unless you’re an advanced user who is prepared to work through some issues) that you wait until the Windows 10 Creators Update is automatically offered to you. When your device becomes eligible for the Creators Update rollout, you’ll be prompted to make some important choices on your privacy settings before the Creators Update can install.”
This clearly shows that Win10CU was not ready for a wide range of PCs even after the final ISOs were made available. So, the AMD A10 8700P may be made compatible in a version of Win10CU that will be delivered via Windows Update only.

@BLINDPRINCESS hi i just contact wiht hp support team and they say they understand my problem but they can only fixed the issue if it a hardward fault but its software issue so they can't recall it or buyback its not their policy i have to use my old windows 10 au update what to do ? i told them its processor fault but they say processor running ok then its ok we don't support this kind of os issue even the os is provide by us

on settings for "update and security" of my laptop said if i want to install now the windows CU...and give me a web page to try it via "Windows10Upgrade28085"....so i will try it once again...

This is just another of MS's generic help articles. As far as I am aware, they still have not fixed it. No word yet even in the Fast Insider Ring.
