My problem is the same as everyone else's who has tried logging into the eprint center. It doesn't recognize my id and password and when I choose the "forgot password" option, it won't recognize any email. HELP, doe anyone have a solution?

You need to go to http://goo.gl/6izr and try to log in there. Once the login screen pops up, use their "forgot password" link and put in your email. You will get an email from them with a temporary password and a link to change that password. Once you have changed the password, you should be able to just login at ePrintCenter with your email address and the password you just created.
