Choosing key F11 / recovery to factory instalation / passing Pre ININIST / Jammed on Windows SetUP Preinstall Software Installer stage / Exeption processing Message 0xc0000013 Parameters 0x75D392A0 0x00000004 0x75D392A0 0x75D392A0
From there in a loop, indication to Restart, to get to the same step. It is in a loop.
I repete the steps hoping to get out of the loop.
After all it is offered by HP , living no other way, with the purchase of the PapTop in the first place.
Can you help to get to Recovery to Factory Instalation ?

Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
Sorry, but I don't have very good news for you ...
If the Recovery information is corrupted, and it looks like that from the errors you are getting, there is nothing we can do from here to recover the PC.
What you would need is HP Recovery Media but HP only stocks that for 3-5 years, and your PC being Vista-era PC, is a lot older than that.
Since HP no longer provides Recovery Media for your model, a couple of other sites you should check are: http://www.computersurgeons.com/ and http://www.restoredisks.com/
Good Luck
