Hp Pavilion 15 notebook
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

I bought my laptop some time ago it is out of warranty but I never dropped it and have always cared for it well, I notice the hinges started to become lose and now falling off for no reason on one side and now it seems to be affecting the bottom portion of the screen, I noticed there was another thread of other users who were all having the same problem.

I am desirous to have this issue fixed.
