HP Mediasmart software download for win 7 64-bit

I downloaded the mediasmart start menu. When I click on it nothing happens. Appears to be a short cut to nothing. So I downloaded the DVD and WebCam. I cant even find these on the laptop.

Hello there. Are you having issues installing MediaSmart SmartMenu? If so, please make sure you are downloading it from this link first of all (if you have Windows 7): http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?cc=us&lc=en&softwareitem=ob-75909-1

After it downloads, double-click it, and follow the prompts to install the software.
