Hp G6 pavillion laptops, have a defect from the factory, imo. Too many people have the same problem. Hp should order a recalll on these defective devices and fix for free, including shipment costs.. My laptop isn't worth 10 cents. Our congress people need to hear about this. This is worse than those airbags exploding in new cars.

Hi, I followed all the steps but its not working. and then you asked if i can turn on the laptop without the battery inserted(just with AC charger) and mine does not turn on if i dont plug in charged battery. What can i do about it?

I have the same problem can you tell me about what is the solution of this . I have changed 2 batteries and they are new battries .but its not solvee yet
