Thank you for the information. If you follow this document it will help assist you in a recovery of original software and drivers that came with your system. Click on Reinstall the original webcam program that came with your computer.

Error product definition lost (I got this via the sys recovery) hp recovery tool. The other link you gave me made my system act up and so I did a systme recovery. It seems like this is a common problem. There must be a fix? Please let me know your thoughts

Do you have restore disks for the computer?
You need to reinstall you operating system. Nothing seems to be responding. It seems windows has been corrupted.
Here is a link to do a fresh install.

Hi Voiceyourmind,
Yes, as they came installed on your computer to start with. So all you are doing is reinstalling them. After you have the computer working to your satisfaction you should really creating recovery discs. If you follow this document it will show you how.

Thanks I will watch the video or follow the link, but the question is about programs I purchased and have put on my pc.
Some of the prgram I can't re-install. Would PC Mover work I move it to one pc then back.

If you purchased the programs and they are compatible with your computer, you should be able to load them and then update them.
As far as the PC Mover they would be best suited to answer the questions about their product. If you follow the link to the site.
