I have a HP Photosmart C4780 Printer. When I originally got the printer, I had the CD and had no problem setting up my printer and having it print wirelessly. Since then, I have switched from Verizon DSL to Verizon FiOS, so I need to re-connect my printer to my wireless network. However, I no longer have the CD. I've tried countless times to download the software through here, and through Apple (I'm using a MacBook Pro runnin OS X 10.9.1).... And after I download/install the software, it doesn't show up in my Applications Folder for me to actually run it. Also, there is no WPS button on my FiOS Router, so trying to set it up via WPS is not an option for me.
PLEASE HELP!!! Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Hi AJoyner, sorry to hear that you are having issues with connecting your Photosmart printer to your Mac on a wireless network. I have done some investigating in to the issue and I have found that this Printer is not supported by the Mac os 10.9. Now with saying that, I have seen that you can install the printer on the Mac without having the actual driver and it will print but you may lose other functions such as Scanning. Please click on the link to get to the document. http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03967522
Hope this helps with the issue at hand.
Thank you.

I am also having this problem. Is there a way to change my OS to a previous version in order to regain scanning abilities? I able to print when connected, but not able to set up my wireless printing and it appears that scanning does not work either. This is very disappointing. I know the problem is on the OS end, is it likely that a future or previous version of Mac OS will work?
