You're very welcome, Rizwan:

According to the hardware ID's you posted, you need to install the bluetooth software and driver for the Atheros wireless card.

You do have an Atheros wireless card in your notebook, correct?

If so that is the driver you need.

The second one is the HP 3D driveguard driver:

Hi:

I wouldn't know what else to tell you if you tried everything on these 4 pages and you are still having issues.

Best regards,

Then, I suppose, this forum is totally useless and noone should ever buy HP.....

Then I suppose you're right.

When you don't cite specific problems you're having, and you tell me you've tried everything listed, what magic do you expect from me?

HP Recommended

ok, 1st of all, I am customer, and Im always right, but nvm....

The issue is connectivity to the internet. In the bottom right corner is this internet bar, it shows yellow triangle.

Ipv4/6 couls connnect to the internet. Turned off firewall, reinstalled drivers. through cmd tried ip configs... through Network properties set "Obtain IPv6 adress manually" Dont know what to do else.

First of all I don't work for HP, so you are not a customer of mine.

This is a consumer to consumer forum, where we try to help each other if we can.

I do not represent HP in any way, shape or form.

I am a private user of HP products like you, who volunteers my time to help solve computer problems.

If you're going to trifle with me, and post comments such as the forum being totally useless, then that hardly gives me very much incentive to assist you, does it?

But nvm, as you said...If you still want me to try and help you, then let's get down to business.

What model wireless network adapter do you have in your notebook?

My advice to the user is to follow Paul's instructions step by step with patience. My personal experience with Paul says he will definitely solve your problems as he did mine.

Grateful to Paul for his help and support
