I need help as my touchpad not working. no light blinking either when i tried to tap twice on the left side corner . tried so many times restarting my laptop still nothing.. .. anyone can help? Really looking forward some replies.. thanks.

Hello shakish,
Your touchpad has stopped working.
Go to device manager and uninstall the synaptic touch pad and restart the computer.
This will uninstall and reinstall the driver for the mouse.
Here is a link to device manager.
If it has not been to long since the problem started, you can run a system restore.
This will take the system back to when everything was working correctly without affecting your personal files.
Here is a link on how to do a restore.

My touchpad is not working.I have already uninstalled and reinstalled it several times.I also download its updated version and for a while it is working.But every time I start my laptop,again happens the same problem.Can anyone help me?
My model is Probook 4440s in windows 7 ultimate (32-bit)
