Hi Guys,

How are you today? 🙂

I know that there are smart people here so I have decided to post one question for which I can't find easy solution. Maybe one of us will be able to help me out and solve my problem.

The issue I'm having is with HP Probook 6470B WiFi. This particular WiFi - Broadcom BCM843228HM4L 802.11a/b/g/n 2x2 adapter keeps disconnecting or dropping connection randomly. I'm using it in noisy area on 2GHz band, but laptop is only two meters away from router.

My primary router (MikroTik RouterBoard 2-11UAS-2HnD-IN - http://routerboard.com/RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN) is recieving DISASSCOC request from laptop. This is quite powerfull piece of hardware and I haven't any issue with it. At the same time other clients (phones, tablets, laptops, console etc) are having really good connection parameters. So I thought - fine, maybe my router is busted. I have purchased cheap Cisco RV110W Wireless-N VPN Firewall. As you guested - no luck. Same situation.

I don't see any logs related to this. I have also reinstalled Windows (8.1 Pro) since I had some issues with VPN, but that's another story. Right now I see that best way to proceed is to use cable connection or replace build in wifi module. It's not good, but I don't see any other solution.

Do you have any thoughts on this?

I am sorry, but to get your issue more exposure, I would suggest posting it in the commercial forums, since this is a commercial product. You can click here for the link.
