Follow below steps to contact phone support and they will help you in getting your computer repaired.
Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get phone number

It seems that a lot of people are experiencing the same issue with the screen. However, if you laptop is out of warranty HP are refusing to accept liability even though in this very forum they have admitted that it's an issue with display assembly. If your laptop is out of warranty it looks like it's impossible to contact HP direct to report the issue. They won’t give out the email address and refuse to open a case via their support phone number which is enormously frustrating.
The laptop is clearly faulty and therefore not satisfactory quality or fit for purpose. In accordance to Consumer Rights Act 2015/ The Sale of Goods Act we are clearly entitled to a free repair or a full refund. As such I don’t think HP has left me with any options but to report this to ombudsman and take them to small county court if necessary. I will keep everyone posted on this forum and spread this thread to as many different forums I can find. People ought to know about the quality of HP laptops and their customer service.

Nee, niet gefixt. Ik heb HP Nederland gebeld.Aangezien de garantietermijn verstreken is kunnen ze niks doen.Nu heb ik voor het eerst het probleem aangemeld binnen de garantietermijn maar heb de laptop toen niet opgestuurd aangezien hij het weer even leek te doen.
Onder aan de streep heb ik een hele dure laptop gekocht die het twee maanden goed heeft gedaan en toen de eerste problemen vertoonde. Het is steeds slechter geworden en nu helemaal niet meer werkbaar. € 1500 down the drain.
Ik wordt nog teruggebeld maar verwacht er niet zoveel van. #fail grt
