Hello 

 

I have an issue with my HP EliteBook 840 G5 laptop. After a recent BIOS update, I am now getting an error and the laptop is stuck in a boot loop. The error "HP Sure Start Recovery HP Sure Start detected an unauthorized change to the secure boot keys. The keys were restored automatically, and there is no further action required. The repeated occurrence of this problem indicates a security problem that should not be ignored"

I have tried a USB BIOS recovery, Win + B or V to reset the BIOS, changing the CMOS battery, new OS installed but nothing works. I can not even access the BIOS, Recovery menu or fast boot menu. Every option brings me back to the error screen. Any help will be much appreciated
