Hi everyone.
Both windows 7 and 8.1 works allright with this mouse. I've always lots of troubles during the process of installation, but then, it works perfect.
Now, i do a fresh install of Windows 10, and i cant make it works. I've been trying for 2 days.
I tried in compatibility mode, in every .exe that i found...but still dont work.
The pairing wizard founds the mouse, id is correct. Everything is ok, but when it try to pair..."unable to detect HP WiFi Mobile Mouse" Try again...the same result...it feels like something is blocking conexion...i add an exception to the firewall and try some configurations on services.msc.....but still not working...
Hey HP! I know our mouse its pretty old, but its amazing! Help us to continue using it!

i asked in the german forum and they helped me with my graphics driver problem, but for the mouse they told me to contact the support. But i get only the phone option and therefore i need to pay. So maybe you can get the chat option from US??

Ok. Hp call me this morning, i was really happy waiting for solutions, or at least try the mouse with them, and get a diagnose of the problem....but instead of that...hp technician told me "the only thing to be done, is to wait looking to hp webpage in order to get a windows 10 update"
As you can see in the hp support page, drivers are not even done for windows 8, so.....what we can expect about windows 10?
Come on HP! We were using our mouse for 3 years till now, in compatibility mode....how many years you guys need to make a simple driver that works on Windows 10?
All of you, in the same situation, thanks for your replys. Its good not to be alone in this battle

There is this driver for windows 8. But i never used it (found while searching for win 10 and tested, but doesn't work). For me worked the software and driver from the cd with windows 8.1 without compatible mode.

Thank you! That driver is not usefull. Dont know why that driver is in the site, because is for something like Z6000 bluetooth mouse.
The same driver is present in the US site, but its absolutely crap.
Thanks for your response!

I just got a call from HP.
When searching for mail Support on the HP website their was that pop up window that asked me if i'm happy with their support. Of cause i wrote no, because i even could not contact them for free. So they called back.
First there was someone from the main support and had no idea about computers i think, but she connected me with an technician. And he phoned with me for an hour and tried to get the mouse working via remote desktop connection. He gave me the latest HP Mouse Suite Version (I used 2.3 from the cd and the latest version is 2.9). Finaly it still does not work. But he was very involed, but he wasn't optimistic there will be ever a working driver for us. The mouse is too old and the main problem is Windows 10 (of cause he need to say that). So either we program our own driver or we can through the mouse out of the window.
At the end he told me if i'm interessted in a new device (PC) i should contact HP again they could do something with the price and their are lots of student offer 😄
But i think my next PC will not be from HP. At my home we had 2 desktops and 2 notebooks and all had bugs. The 3 mouses are all **bleep** and my dockingstation never worked.
