Installed it and now when i press change to High performance GPU it says that the switch is complete in lower right corner , but still that doesnt happen , tried with updating bios also nothing

Can you post a screenshot with Windows 7 snipping tool to show what your Catalyst Control Center looks like and what you see when you right-click on the desktop to configure switchable graphics?
