I bought my HP stream notebook off my sister in law about 8 months ago. It was pretty much brand new, had nothing on it, and I needed it for school. I do not download music, movies, or anything like that. I have only used it for social media, school and watching some videos. When I first got it my sister in law had forgotten her password to delete her account as an admin off of it, so I just created another account. However it's having serious issues. Firefox and edge crash constantly, it won't allow me to do a system restore, and because she was the main administrator it blocks me from making some changes. While it's turned on a lot of the icons are not visable, also the low disk space error pops up all the time. I have deleted as much stuff as I can. What is the problem and what can I do?? When I try to do a system restore it says I do not have any previous check points and won't allow me. I have a very good virus protection through my internet provider. It says there is no virus.

@KRBWV304, Welcome to HP forums.
I understand when you open firefox or edge browser it keeps crashing constantly.
Don't worry I'd love to help you out.
Have you tried resetting the browser to defaults?
Please try the steps recommended below to reset the firefox Mozilla to defaults.
Note: When using the refresh feature, your bookmarks, browsing history, open tabs, windows, passwords, cookies and web form auto-fill information will be saved. However, your extensions and themes will be removed and your preferences will be reset. Learn more.
Click the menu button New Fx Menu and then click help Help-29.
From the Help menu choose Troubleshooting Information.
If you're unable to access the Help menu, type about: support in your address bar to bring up the Troubleshooting Information page.
Click the Refresh Firefox button in the upper-right corner of the Troubleshooting Information page.
To continue, click Refresh Firefox in the confirmation window that opens.
Firefox will close to refresh itself. When finished, a window will list your imported information. Click Finish and Firefox will open.
Also, try the steps recommended below to reset the firefox edge settings to defaults.
Open the “Settings” menu by clicking the three horizontal dots in the upper right corner of the Edge window and choose “Settings.”
Under Clear browsing data, click “Choose what to clear” and then click “Show more.” There are a lot of data types here. Select them all and click “Clear.” Restart your PC and re-open Edge for a clean slate.
You can run a full system scan with the System File Checker by right-clicking the Start menu, selecting “Command Prompt (Admin)”, and running the following command:
sfc /scannow
Also, as you mentioned you are not the administrator of the PC and you don't remember the password of the PC.
If the issue still persists try performing recovery using the recovery kit. Please contact HP and order a set of recovery kit for your PC.

Let me know if this helps!
Have a wonderful day ahead! 🙂
