Hello

How do I remove HP Sure Run

Every program or updates I try to install - It involves and breaks it.

HP Sure run is good but it gave me more grief than good. I actually did a CLEAN install Windows 10 1903 on an Elitebook 840 G5 but I had to re-install HP Client Security (pre-requested) before HP Sure run otherwise machine will shutdown without notification.

 

I asked myself why ? It turned out the security setup is in BIOS. I normally won't advice members to play with BIOS but if you wish (at your own risk) please turn it off in BIOS.
