Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

Dear HP service,

 

My laptop which is the hp pavillion x64 which is running an  intel core i5 processor and a Radeon graphics. (windows 😎 x64

 

Yesterday,  when i woke up i opened my laptop it show that there is harrd disk error 3F1 which I highly needed the assisstance of HP. I looked over the methods on this website to the link which showed in the screen as hard disk error. I went thrrough the website, But it doesn't show as the same in the given figure.

 

Hope i get a faster answer for this question.

I understand you are getting Hard disk 3F1 error on your PC.

 

Don't worry I'd like to help you out.

 

Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?

 

Please provide the product number of your PC to assist you better.


Almost any hard disk error code during a test means the drive is defective and needs to be replaced.

 

Back up your data and prepare for a hard disk replacement.

 

Refer this article to know more information about hard drive errors on your PC.
