 2. Operating System installed (if applicable): previously had Windows Vista, now Windows 7 32 bits

 3. Error message (if any): 
     *** Hardware Malfunction 
Call your hardware vendor for support

NMI: Parity Check / Memory Parity Error
*** The system has halted ***

 4. Any changes made to your system before the issue occurred:
After a failure in the operating system (Windows Vista), where the screen is divided into eight (8) tiny screens and having no recovery disk, choose to install Windows 7 32-bit, to see if it solved the problem, but remains the same and now comes up an error message: (*** Hardware Malfunction, Call your hardware vendor for support, NMI: Parity Check / Memory Parity Error, *** The system has halted ***), sometimes the screen is normal and frequent moments is divided into eight (8), and reinstall Windows Vista, but can not remember what was in architecture (32 or 64), currently with Windows Vista 32-bit, but this eight (8) displays, and continues to show me the error message above.

 

I hope I can help, I still think it is a problem with the video driver, greetings and thanks in advance for your support.

This could be a multiple part/component failure. How ever, suggest you to run the tests for Hard drive and Memory in BIOS. Below link will help you perform the test and see what has gone bad as the system memory is shared memory for video card, that might be a cause of the display issue as well.

I think the same, that the problem may be the graphics driver, currently having my screen divided into eight (8), as I think it does not support the nvidia driver in Windows7 GF8400M GS, according to its Web's only driver support for Windows Vista.

 

Now when I enter the bios only shows me the MAIN tab (see attached picture), I do not see the other tabs, I do. I hope to help solve the problem soon.

PS: as you can see there is split screen shows only one side of the screen with three sections.

You can boot to the advanced boot options and check for the issue. You can tap F8 as soon as you turn on the notebook and select the "Safe mode" option in Advanced boot options and check if the display appears the same. If the display works fine, you can uninstall the display driver from device manager in safe mode and restart the unit so as to make the display drivers install automatically. THen check for the issue.

 

Please post the update of the solution provided for further solution.

Regarding your response, I did what I said, but nothing like the screen shown ... so I think that is unfailingly video chip problem. I hope you serve something this answer and tell me which is best way to go.!!
