Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I need help!!! When i turn on my laptop I get a message on a black screen that says: C:\WINDOWS\system32>. I have tried everything I can think of and nothing works. Can anyone tell me how to fix?

Have you tried tapping F11 key immediately after powering on to see if you can boot into Recovery to do a fresh Windows install?
