The strange thing is, the flickering black spot is appear only for combination colour. If i use solid colour for my background, ex: white, black, blue, etc,  that black spot is not appeared. But when i use picture as my background or when i play video, that black spot is appear

Hi @Ayok

Welcome to the HP Support Forums, I hope you enjoy your experience! To help you get the most out of the HP Forums I would like to direct your attention to the HP Forums Guide First Time Here? Learn How to Post and More.

I saw your post regarding the problem with the flicking black spots on your screen. This could be either a hardware or a software issue. If you have an external monitor try connecting it to laptop. If the flickering spots appear on the external monitor then we know it is a software issue if not then we know it is a hardware issue with the laptop. Are you still using Windows 7? Using the HP Recovery Manager to Restore the Original Driver, you will be looking for AMD High-Definition Graphics Driver.

Please click “Accept as Solution ” if you feel my post solved your issue.

Thank you,
