Product: Hp stream 7 5709
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (32-bit)
by the looks of it im going to have to go with the HP USB recovery option is there anyway i can obtain one for low lost or free i bought the tablet off craigslist and i dont want to spend that much money on it:/ please help its a brick right now i tried every other option already @The_Fossette

From my own experience and what I've read, the HP Recovery Media can cost you anywhere between $10 USD and $65 USD.  I paid around $40 for my recent set last year.

 

Don't know if these are cheaper, but a couple of other sites you should check are: http://www.computersurgeons.com/ and http://www.restoredisks.com/
