Welcome to the HP Support Community! I will be happy to help with the Bluetooth issues you are experiencing. Let me start by getting some further information from you. What is your product number? Are you using Windows 8 or 8.1? In your Device Manager what do you have listed for a Bluetooth Adapter? It will be list under your Network Adapter or Bluetooth.

I am using Windows 8, and Bluetooth device is Railink Bluetooth Adapter 4.0 , In Device Manager it is shown in Hidden Devices but no option of Enabling it..

Same problem. Bluetooth settings option not coming.

model no: HP 15-ac030TU

OS: Windows 8 (32-bit)

product no: M9U93PA#ACJ

Now I want the drivers for bluetooth and others. please help. anyone?
