I DO NOT HAVE TOUCH SCREEN - How do I get my screen to stop zooming in automatically while I'm online. It does it while I'm not even pressing anything. It won't stop and I'm sick and tired of having to fix my zoom back to 100.

Hello RobinRhea,
Welcome to the HP Forums, I hope you enjoy your experience! To help you get the most out of the HP Forums I would like to direct your attention to the HP Forums Guide First Time Here? Learn How to Post and More.
I have read your post on how you are looking to get your screen to stop zooming in automatically while online, and I would be happy to assist you!
For further assistance, I will need to know:
- The Product and Model Number of your notebook computer.
- The version of Windows you have installed on your computer.
- If your computer has completed all of its important Windows Updates.
- If you have updated your HP drivers using the HP Support Assistant.
- If this is an on-going, or recent issue.
Please re-post with the necessary information, this way I will be able to research this further for you. I look forward to your reply!
Cheers!

Yes, all updates to my knowledge are complete.
Yes, drivers are updated by HP Support Assistant.
This issue has been occuring for at least a month, probably longer. I've only had this computer a few months though.

Hello again RobinRhea,
Thank you for the quick reply!
To prevent the zoom from exceeding 100% on your browser, please follow these proceeding steps:
1. Go to your homepage, and close all other open tabs.
2. Open the page menu - set the zoom to 100% CTRL 0.
3. Try going to Tools (Alt-X) > Internet Options > Advanced Under Accessibility put in a checkmart for reset zoom for new windows and tabs.
Please re-post with the results of your troubleshooting, and I look forward to your reply!
Regards 🙂
