I pressed F11 while booting and the screen stays with the HP logo in the middle and F11...System Recovery on the lower left hand corner does it mean the boot partition is damaged. I was recovering the drive and my kid moved the laptop causing the computer to shut down while formatting.

Please login to windows and check in my computers if D partition is available Then the recovery partition is available and you may create the media
